Policies

  • A deposit is required to hold your appointment. This is due within two hours of booking an appointment. If we do not receive a deposit in time we will forfeit your request. We strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service to ensure you are able to get an appointment with your preferred lash artist.

  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who needs to be present for the application.

  • If you arrive 20 minutes or more late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time, resulting in either an abbreviated or rescheduled service. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to see what you options are.

  • We kindly request that al guests wear masks with ear loops that over their mouth and nose for the duration of the service. If you arrive without a mask, you will be asked not to talk during the application as we will be working directly above your head.

  • We truly understand that unforeseen events happen and that you may need to cancel your appointment. We kindly ask you provide a 48-hour notice so that we can adjust our schedule to accommodate other clients and inform your service provider.

  • Tenderoni Lashes reserves the right to charge 100% of the service to anyone who does not show to an appointment. After one no-show, you will not be allowed to request another appointment unless the previous one has been paid in full along with your $25 rebooking fee.

  • Clients with pre-existing eyelash extensions from another lash studio (“outside lashes”) will be assessed a fee for the additional time, product and labor required. You must have at least 40% coverage of your original set intact to qualify for an outside fill with us. If you are missing more coverage, a full set will be needed.

  • Guests of clients are not allowed in the treatment room.
