To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team, we kindly ask that all clients read our salon policies in full before booking an appointment. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our booking, deposit, cancellation, late arrival, and appointment policies.

Our policies are in place to protect both our clients and our artists, allowing us to provide the highest level of service while keeping our schedule running smoothly. If you have any questions about our policies before booking, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're happy to help.

Text us or request an appointment online. We will generally respond within 10 minutes of receiving your request. Same-day appointments may be available based on our daily schedule and availability.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your appointment is not confirmed until this deposit has been received.

While deposits are non-refundable, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment date provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and an additional fee of $20 will be required to book a future appointment.

To help ensure a relaxing, seamless experience, we encourage all clients to prepare ahead of their appointment.

Before you arrive, please:

• Eat a meal or snack beforehand. Full sets and some fill appointments can take 2+ hours, so we recommend arriving comfortable and well-fed.

• Arrange childcare in advance. For the safety, comfort, and relaxation of all guests, children should not accompany you unless they are receiving a scheduled service.

• Plan for parking. We are located on Melrose Avenue, where street parking is available. Please allow extra time to secure a metered parking space on Melrose or free street parking on the surrounding residential streets. Arriving early helps ensure you are on time for your appointment.

• Arrive with completely clean eyes. Please remove all eye makeup and residue before your appointment, including:

  • Mascara

  • Eyeliner

  • Eyeshadow

  • Concealer

  • Foundation around the eye area

  • Sunscreen

  • Oil-based skincare products

  • Any remaining makeup or cosmetic residue on or around the eyes

Clean lashes allow for the best possible adhesion, improve retention, and help us begin your appointment on time. Clients who arrive with excessive makeup or oily residue may require additional cleansing time, which may reduce application time or incur a cleansing fee.

Please plan to spend at least two hours in the lash studio. We want you to feel comfortable, so feel free to use the restroom beforehand, silence your phone, and settle in for a relaxing appointment.

Your lash appointment is the perfect time to relax and unwind. We encourage you to bring a pair of earbuds or headphones if you'd like to listen to your favorite music, podcast, audiobook, meditation, or other audio during your service.

Since you'll be resting with your eyes closed for most of your appointment, many clients enjoy using this time to disconnect, catch up on a podcast, or simply relax. We want your visit to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, so feel free to make the experience your own.
